"I posted a request for service of my condensing unit. Thadeus was out to my home within a day or 2. He took my 23 year old system apart. Found there were multiple issues. I requested a quote which came back to me that afternoon. I ordered the replacement unit. It was here within a week along with a new blower/evaporator/heater. Was up and running shortly there after. Cannot thank them enough since they responded quickly, had the answers I needed, and the unit actually cool my house better than it has ever been cool before. (Prior to the install, It was 88 degrees every night when I tried to go to bed). All the fans in the house could not cool the rooms. When they left my house was cooled to 76 degrees F. Major kudos to all who were part of this successful process."

"I got a few estimates for adding AC before asking Lowe's. SoCal was the only contractor that included the permit and they still offered the best price. The rep was very professional and thorough, and helpful throughout. The install was around ten days after signing the contract. The two installers were courteous and knowledgeable and the foreman was happy to discuss everything. They didn't dilly-dally at all. Best of all, it's working!! I had a great experience with SoCal."

"It took a week to get someone the hse to evaluate the issue, 2wks to come with blower motor and motherboard to be installed, then 2 more weeks to replace a wire nest. 5 weeks and an 18 mth brand new ac is still not working. No one here knows whats wrong and the ones that do never come out to fix it. They never return text messages. They pass the buck that someone’s else has the answers. Dont be charmed by their sales team. They dont have the skills to fix anything. Pass the buck is their best talent…”im just a dispatchet”, “you have to talk with the tech”, “you have to talk the office”. 5 weeks of the hottest weather and i have swelling doors and it’s costing more to do other repairs. We’ve tried to reach out to the owner to escalate the issue but never received an answer. So after replacing every part in the furnace blower assembly the tech is still getting the same error message and cant get a hold of his supervisor to come take a look. He said he tried two times previous to get him to look at the system but never got an answer. They’ve reached out to TRANE to get some help with the issue but according to the tech, TRANE calls HIS supervisor to help THEM diagnose problems. We are getting the run around by TRANE and this company. Neither seem ready to help with a system that is barely 18 months old. Stay away from TRANE. I thought i was being smart getting another TRANE systen since my last TRANE lasted 23 years. Big mistake. The only remedy at this point is to replace the system with new from factory since we should hope new from factory would work from the start. I was told that the last two years San fernando valley didnt have a summer and this year is so much hotter that everything is breaking down everywhere. Do a search on average temps the last two years and notice that this is a bunch of BS. Most people who complain about this company are upset after two weeks of their HVAC being off. We win! Its been 5 going on 6 weeks. This all started June 29th. Whats the point of having a $30,000 system if it wont work after 18 months."

"Fantastic service. Had Thaddeus out for a quote and he spent a lot of time honestly telling us what we needed. Their quote was 8k less than what I got from another company that had no idea what they were doing. Everyone at the office especially Tammy and Susie texted me regularly, helped extremely with HOA issues, and got me scheduled insanely fast to make sure we didnt get too much of the summer heat. Install done in two days, instead of three by installer Jose and partner. I was worried when the air temp wasnt lowering because of a bad experience previously, and Thaddeus texted me back at 8PM and explained everything. Good pricing, great service and good people. Will rec to anyone who even just needs a filter changed out. Thanks to the team!"

"It’s interesting how one person can change the dynamics of a whole job! It all began with the two Daves, who were incredibly helpful. Dave walked me through the entire process of selecting and installing a new HVAC system and went out of his way to accommodate my limited availability when scheduling appointments. Trainee Dave was also very knowledgeable and provided great insight about my attic insulation, as well as some helpful guidance regarding a possible rodent issue. Joseph’s crew was equally impressive—courteous, punctual, and clearly hard-working. The 4 guys on site did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to have working at my home. Last but certainly not least, Susie went above and beyond in every way. She was supportive, responsive, and truly felt like my “wingwoman” throughout my entire project, even at the end when I was having issues with Adam! It seems like Adam schedules, installs, repairs, etc. When my brand new system failed inspection, I would’ve expected someone to reach out and schedule the repairs. Instead, it took Adam 4 days to get a hold of me and only because I reached out to them! I feel my project should’ve been finished before new Business continued forward! I got put on the back burner! From the time the system failed inspection to when they actually complete the repairs will be 9 days. I find that ridiculous! I guess maybe if they didn’t get paid in full that they would’ve stepped it up to make my project finish… I’m sally disappointed in the weakest link on this job, Adam!"
