"FINAL EDIT: At the end of the day, they are awesome. THE JOURNEY (tl;dr: Miscommunications. Upset. Reachout. Remedy. All well.) Just spoke with Melanie at Red Lily. It seems, as best she could tell, that there was a glitch in their communications software, and it seemed like it could not ring me when in reality it was not ringing through to my phone. (This played out just now as it took her two tries to hear me when I answered my phone.) Mealine seems committed to making it right in a meaningful way. I'm going to provisionally upgrade the rating to four stars, and will add a fifth once service is complete. If you are annoyed at the length and persnickety nature of this review, I apologize, and yet, maybe this information / saga will be useful. (For transparency, previous entries are below:) Office lies. ETA: They claim they tried to reach me — they left no voicemails, my phone (on all day) showed no missed calls. They confirmed my appointment with a text saying if I needed to CHANGE it I should call. Why not text again if they were unable to reach me by phone? They're lying. They did not attempt to reach me. When I finally reached the office they were polite but took no accountability."
