"Made an appointment for them to arrive between 8-12 in the morning. Confirmed appointment day before. On the day of the appointment I expected a heads up that they were in their way (which their info had said was going to happen). But, on the day of the appointment they required yet another confirmation for before coming and they only allow a 10min window for a response and then I lost my already agreed upon time window?? Might just be me but I have never experienced an added 10min limit window of confirmation on the day of an already agreed appointment or you loose your appointment altogether? I was home and ready for them to arrive since we had already agreed on the time window but did not have my phone available for those specific 10min so I lost my appointment that was confirmed the day before. Adding to this, when calling to cancel the appointment altogether I was instead sent to an on-call support center which of course uses an AI assistant and has no prior information about the appointment so they required all the information yet again. Later another person also called me from this company asking about a missed call from me, so clearly this call center and the actual office doesn’t have a working collaboration. Terrible experience just from the booking and communication alone. I’m honestly glad I dodged the appointment as their service most likely reflects their communication values and attitude."
